Muscle Test
Science or fiction? I lived it and thought it was fiction. But then I experienced it and there was no option but to believe it. And then I found several studies with the same question, and even science recognized it and used it in Applied Kinesiology. You can still believe what you want, but you can try it for yourself and live the experience, and maybe as I did, change your mind.
What is Muscle Testing? We all ask questions and our body responds. It is a way for our body to communicate with us (Wagner Chiropractor). Before we start with the theory, let me share my first experience with you so we share the skepticism. I was watching a YouTube video. A facilitator asked a person a question and based on the answer, the arm was strong or weak. They asked the person to hold the arm steady while asking \”Are you Cristopher Colombus?\” and the person could not hold the arm to light pressure from their facilitator because the body knew the person was not Cristopher Colombus. Then the facilitator asked if the person was the person\’s name, and the arm was strong when applying light pressure. My first reaction thought it was all fake for the video.
Then, I had the opportunity to experience it myself. While doing a workshop, they asked me if I was Maria and I couldn\’t hold my arm when the facilitator applied light pressure. My arm was shaking, and even when I tried my best I couldn’t hold it straight (remember my first experience, I was positive it was all fake for YouTube, so I was determined to show it). And when the facilitator asked me if I was Jorge and applied the light pressure, the arm was as strong as a rock, without any effort. I am not sure what happened to my buddy but I experienced first-hand that my body knew if I read Maria for Jorge. I didn\’t know how and I could explain it, but every cell of my body knew it and it was not fake for YouTube. And if the government gets involved in it, there must be something related to it. The National Institute of Health wrote multiple articles on the subject (Cuthbert and Goodheart).
Enough talking, experience it yourself. There are many ways to do it. I just explain one; the one I use. Put the fingers like the picture:
Ask yourself a question. Try to separate the hands. Applying some force but not incredibly strong (you will notice with time the right strength). The body knows the answer. All the opposite questions. You will get the opposite result. One means Yes, the other means No. Try with your name and a name that is not yours, food that you love and that you really dislike, artists, movies, etc. This is muscle testing and you will use it naturally with time. Stay practicing as it is a step of the Life Unblocking method. I wish you a day filled with love and light!!
