The subconscious mind affects careers
Career is something serious for professional growth, and the subconscious is for those who are into blah, blah, blah, and spirituality, right? If one is determined enough, one won\’t bother entertaining with nonsense stuff!! Well, I would suggest one seriously reconsider those prepositions. Suppose one has ever panicked before addressing a room full of people, thinking about a new certification or talking and exam, or even avoiding working in groups and teams with other people. In that case, those are things that impact one\’s career negatively, and subconscious reprogramming is the answer. So talking about the subconscious is valid and will significantly improve your career journey. We will cover in this article some details about the subconscious and how it affects your career.
What is precisely subconscious? Some talk about it, and although science doesn\’t want to give it all the credit it deserves yet, it doesn\’t negate it. If one researches it, one will find lots of information about the power of the subconscious or ignoring it, but nothing about the conscious being as powerful as the subconscious. Depending on the author, the subconscious accounts for 90% to 97% of our brainpower. The natural functions that keep us alive, like maintaining body temperature, breath, transpiration, digestion, and many other tasks you can think of, are managed by the subconscious. When we learn something and practice it many times, it moves from the conscious to the subconscious. That\’s why driving a car becomes natural after some time, and there are times when we don\’t even remember how we arrived at places (the subconscious drove us there). Philosophy calls it unconscious. It is responsible for long-term memory, habits, values, beliefs, emotions, and many other characteristics that one better had in their favor. If these qualities don\’t align with our objectives, our career will have a very steep road ahead (I have another article explaining why New Year\’s Resolutions don\’t stand a chance). Let\’s see some of the obstacles one job may face.
These are just some of the fears that can be playing against you. For example, one may be paralyzed when facing a room full of people. Meetings will be torture, and one may not concentrate on the meeting, but how long is left before the meeting ends. Or one may feel excruciating fear of public speaking, compromising opportunities to be known in the field. Maybe one avoids working with other people, workgroups, teams, or any other form of collaborating with others. This might be seen as not being a team player, hoarding information, or any different negative view of the situation (not working with others is generally not well perceived and seen as a weakness). In any case, any of these traits will negatively affect one\’s career. So be that fear of public speaking, work with others, being in a group of people, germaphobia, or any other phobia will impact one\’s career as the person will be perceived as not fit to face certain situations. It will undoubtedly be a weakness. But reprogramming the subconscious easily and quickly changes that!
Fortunately, reprogramming the subconscious can reverse all one\’s fears. One\’s career doesn\’t need to pay the consequences of inappropriate programs in the subconscious. Better yet, one\’s career can be positively aided by the subconscious. As we said before, the subconscious represents over 90% of brainpower. Imagine what can happen in somebody\’s life if they are programmed with a set of premises aligned with one\’s goals? That\’s precisely what subconscious reprogramming does. And Life Unblocking is a simple method in which one can accomplish it specifically. In a short, practical, effortless, and painless session, one can remove all the fears and blockages hindering career development. Take ownership today and pull out all the elements that are halting your career. You probably had a negligible impact on which information your subconscious holds, but you are totally accountable for how it is programmed today. I wish you a day filled with love and light!!
