Our inner monster – Hulk
Many of us have seen the Incredible Hulk sometimes. At least once in our life, I am sure we have seen either a movie, an episode, or a cartoon of one of the fantastic-4 converting into the green monster with huge muscles and barely able to consciously respond to external stimuli. All he wanted to do was to use his muscles and power to bring justice to a given situation. Or at least what he considered to be just. Most of the time he saved people from terrible tragedies like car accidents, bridge failings, or elevators dropping. But others, he interceded in discussions that he perceived harmful and applied his sense of justice. And after that, when the stimulus disappeared and he went back to Dr. David Bruce Banner, he felt ashamed of his actions. Have you ever experienced anything similar? Have you ever reacted a certain way, and later you wonder why you did that, that doesn\’t align with what you want to be and you feel ashamed of? Although most of us might not have the voluminous muscles of Mr. Hulk, I venture to say most of us went through such an experience. We will uncover why that happened and what we can do about it.
First of all, we need to be clear on the fact that regardless of the stimulus, it is just that, a stimulus. It may be powerful, irritating, disturbing, provocative, but it is just that, and stimulus. Let\’s imagine it is people discussing in the street. They are discussing something in the street (we leave what they are discussing for another article, perception deserves an entire article, maybe a book, to explain). The stimulus is the same for everybody around. However, does everybody transform into Hulk or just Dr. Banner? Is it because the stimulus is not powerful enough or because transforming into a green and muscled monster didn\’t depend on the stimulus but depends on what\’s inside the body? Only Dr. Banner had an accident in the lab and had that substance inside his body. Coincidence? The stimuli we live with are powerful and depending on the circumstance they may become very irritating, but they are just triggers. If we transform into fierce monsters that can\’t reason and only search for our sense of justice, that depends on one thing and only one thing, us. The sooner we understand that, the better our life will change for the better. The stimuli will still be there. We can\’t change others and how they react or what they want to discuss. But we can decide what we do, transforming ourselves or not, and still doing what we think appropriate without becoming a monster.
The great news. Unlike Dr. Banner who had an accident in the lab and doesn\’t know how to revert the Hulk effect, one has full control of the process and we can revert it when wanted. It is a process and takes a few sessions, but you can see changes after the first one, immediately; it is totally reversible. Let me explain something simple. The reason why one converts into Hulk is that one perceives external stimuli as challenges. Be that to one’s values, beliefs, or emotions, something feels attacked, and one reacts to that threat. But is it a real threat or just an image of a threat? We hold beliefs and values in our subconscious, and those beliefs and values are responsible for perceiving the world as we do. It is not about going through life like one doesn\’t care about anything. But once the right programs are in the subconscious, one will perceive the external world differently. And there will be no need to treat regular circumstances as a threat!! Therefore, the transformation to a monster will not happen. The external environment will be the same for some time, but one will not perceive those external factors as a threat, one will not transform into a monster and one will be ready to deal with anything in a different way. From consciousness.
When you are ready for one to be you, we will show you how. You can continue blaming other people and external circumstances. You can continue telling yourself the world doesn\’t understand what that person did to you or that this given situation is unacceptable. That\’s perfectly ok and normal. When one understands that there is only one reason why one transforms into Hulk, and the reason is inside and one has full control over it, one can make a decision, stop blaming others, and take action. One will go through life without transforming into a monster every minute. You can do it too. When ready, schedule your free call. Reprogramming your subconscious is fast, simple, and effective, and you can transform your life without transforming into Hulk.
